SOLUTION: Joists are mounted on a sill 400, at the same time, columns 101 are erected on the sill 400, an exterior wall 103 is mounted to the outsides of the columns 101, and an interior wall 102 is mounted to the insides of them. Ceilings in the first floor are arranged downward of a girder at specific intervals, at the same time, floor joists in the second floor are mounted on the girder, an exterior wall is mounted to the outsides of the columns 101 erected on the girder, and an interior wall is mounted to the insides of them. Then, ceilings in the second floor are arranged downward of a girder in the second floor at specific intervals. By the constitution, air flowed under the floor flows between the interior wall 102 and exterior wall 103 in the first floor from a space between joists adjacent to each other, and it flows in the ceiling plenum 500 in the first floor. Air in the ceiling plenum 500 flows between the interior wall and exterior wall in the second floor, it flows in the ceiling plenum 500, and it is exhausted to the outside by a roof ventilation device 70.
【課題】建築物の床下に取り込んだ空気を、内外壁間を 上昇して、天井裏や屋根に抜ける構造の通風型建築物と その施工方法に関し、効率的な通風が可能な通風型建築 物の構造を提案すると共に、該通風型建築物の施工方法 を提案することを目的とする。
【解決手段】外気を床下に取り込む構造の建築物におい て、土台の上に根太を載置し、土台上に立てた柱の外側 に外壁を、内側に内壁を取付けることで、隣接する根太 の間の空間を、外壁と内壁との間の空間に連通させてな る構成とする。
