Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for optimizing a method for coating and molding a three-dimensional hollow molding, which can effectively and accurately predict the deformation of a core and to effectively optimize the shape of an injection molding core in a short time in the method for coating and molding the hollow molding having the steps of mounting the core of resin having a hollow part in a cavity, and then injecting molten resin in the space formed between the core and the mold surface of the cavity. SOLUTION: This method for optimizing a method for coating and molding a three-dimensional hollow molding comprises the steps of calculating the temperature and pressure distributions of molten resin in the injecting step by numerical analysis, calculating the displacement amount and or stress distributions of the core generated according to the pressure to be applied to a load to the core as the resin flows in the injecting step by numerical analysis based on the previous numerical analysis result, and so optimizing the shape of the molding, the shape of the injection molding core, the mold and molding condition as to minimize the deformation of the core based on the calculated displacement and/or stress distribution of the core.
(57)【要約】 【課題】キャビティ内に中空部を有する樹脂製の射出成 形用中子を装着した後、中子とキャビティの金型面とで 形成された空間内に溶融樹脂を射出(射出工程)する3 次元中空成形品の被覆成形法において、中子の変形等を 的確に且つ正確に予測することができ、射出成形用中子 の形状等の最適化を短時間に且つ確実に行い得る最適化 法を提供する。 【解決手段】最適化法は、(イ)射出工程における溶融 樹脂の温度分布及び圧力分布を数値解析によって算出 し、(ロ)かかる数値解析結果に基づき、射出工程にお ける、溶融樹脂の流動に伴い中子に負荷される圧力によ って発生する中子の変位量分布及び/又は応力分布を数 値解析によって算出し、(ハ)算出された中子の変位量 分布及び/又は応力分布に基づき、中子の変形が最少と なるように、3次元中空成形品の形状、射出成形用中子 の形状、金型及び成形条件の最適化を行う。
