(57)【要約】 【課題】 流路内に板材を設置する際に、安価に構成で き、工数を低減でき、安全上・衛生上の問題が生じるこ とがなく、流れに対する抵抗が増大せず、しかも簡単に 作業できるようにする。 【解決手段】 互いに接合される一方の板材15の端部 に、板厚方向に変位して形成された受け部13を設け る。この受け部13に、シール材18を介して他方の板 材の端部14を重ねる。一方の板材15の受け部13と シール材18と他方の板材15の端部14とを、ドリリ ングタッピンねじ19のねじ込みによって相互に固定す る。
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate construction and to prevent increase of resistance against a flow by lapping an end part of the other board material on a receiver part formed on an end part of one board material through a sealant and fixing it by screwing of a screw. SOLUTION: Receiver parts 13, 13 are formed on an end part of one board material 15 of a plural number of the board materials 15, 15 provided in a channel which are connected to each other by displacing them in the plate thickness direction. Thereafter, an end part 14 of the other board material 15 is lapped on this receiver part 13 through a plate type sealant 18 formed of unvulcanized butyl rubber, etc. Thereafter, the receiver part 13 of the one board material 15, the sealant 18 and the end part 14 of the other board material 15 are fixed with each other by screwing of a drilling tapping screw 19. Consequently, the board materials 15 can be connected to each other without separately using a bracket metal, and it is possible to reduce mandays and to prevent increase of resistance against a flow.
